Spring is here and there’s no better way to enjoy the season than with a bike ride, a dog walk or just a relaxing walk through some scenic greenery. Here in Hell’s Kitchen, we have lots of natural beauty despite being in such a fun city.
If you’re ready to check out some local parks near your Riverbank apartment, then you certainly don’t have to venture too far – get those sneakers out and check these parks out with the dog, the kids or your significant other!
Hell’s Kitchen Park, located at 10th Ave, New York which is an eight minute walk from your Riverbank apartment, is a small park with a playground, basketball and handball courts and picnic tables.
This cozy park is the perfect respite for when you’re craving a break from our busy city. Plus, it’s luckily only a few blocks away and is great for even stopping by for five minutes and taking in the fresh air!
DeWitt Clinton Park, located between 52nd and 54th Streets and between 11th and 12th Avenues which is an 11-minute walk from your Riverbank apartment, is a 5.8 acre park offering space for basketball, baseball and football, plus a playground, dog run and garden.
De Witt Clinton Park is a great neighborhood park. In the Erie Canal Playground, visitors can find play equipment, safety surfacing, painted games, swings, benches, drinking fountains, concrete play mules and a frog spray shower within the play area.
