Where to Watch the Super Bowl in Hell’s Kitchen
For football fans, Super Bowl Sunday is one of the most anticipated days of the year — and the Eagles’ and Patriots’ wild season has gotten lots of fans geared up for the big game!
Even if you’re not a football fanatic, it’s hard to not get excited for the matchup. From the commercials to the half-time show, excitement is everywhere on Super Bowl Sunday. Catching the game from your riverbank apartment is one way to get in on the action, or you can also venture out into Hell’s Kitchen to grab some bites and brews with your fellow football fans.
Here are a few of the best sports bars in Hell’s Kitchen for Super Bowl Sunday fun:
The Three Monkeys – Well here’s a place you won’t usually find in NYC – a New England Patriots bar! With a big proud sign out front, you can find Pats fans at this bar all season long but being that the Patriots seem to have this Super Bowl thing on lockdown, The Three Monkeys is a must-go for the big game. One of Hell’s Kitchen’s most packed bars on any Sunday, this sports bar a few blocks north of Riverbank is a New Englander’s dream in Manhattan. Just don’t head over there for a Jet’s game. 😉
Lansdowne Road – Located just an avenue from Riverbank, Lansdowne is a low-key but fun Hell’s Kitchen bar that locals flock to for sporting events. With TVs every which way you turn, you won’t miss one play or one commercial at this Hell’s Kitchen sports bar. On the menu you can find all your favorite pub grub and comfort foods, and of course they’re well-known for “Scruffy Duffy’s World Famous Chicken Wings”. Check it out this Super Bowl Sunday if you don’t want to go too far from your apartment!
